New York ends sale of tobacco and e-cigs at pharmacies

19 May 2020. A new law banning the sale of all tobacco products and flavoured e-cigarettes at New York pharmacies has come into effect on 18 May, reports CNY central.

New York becomes the second state in the US to restrict the sale of tobacco products in pharmacies and the fourth state to restrict flavoured e-cigarettes, the report said. According to CNY central, New York also reduces the number of stores that sell tobacco products in every community.
