British American Tobacco announced the retirements of Karen de Segundo, the Board member who chaired the corporate and social responsibility (CSR) committee, and Non-Executive Director Richard Tubb, who served on the CSR panel.
The retirements were effective 27 April at the close of the BAT Annual General Meeting. De Segundo served on the board for eight yeras, nearly seven as chairperson of of the CSR panel. Tubb, a former White House physciain, joined the board in 2013. Replacements were not announced.
