Billionaire invests in Sting Free AB

Erik Selin is now the second largest shareholder in Sting Free AB after investing SEK 4.4 million (USD 434,202) in the nicotine pouch company, according to a company press release.

Sting Free AB offers a new and improved way for clients to enjoy modern oral nicotine pouches and snus. Its patented pouch has an integrated protective shield for the gums which effectively reduces the burning sensation and gum irritation that is normally caused by these products.
Sting Free AB has now announced in a press release, that Swedish billionaire Erik Selin has invested SEK 4.4 million (USD 434,202) in the company making him the second largest shareholder of Sting Free AB which is valued at just under SEK 31 million (USD 3.1 million). Selin has previously invested in other companies within the snus industry and is the largest Swedish shareholder of Swedish Match. He is also a major shareholder in Haypp Group, which is the largest e-trader of snus and modern oral nicotine pouches in Europe, according to the press release.
"We welcome Erik with open arms and could not have found a better partner," said Sting Free AB’s founder and chairman Bengt Wiberg.
