Exhibitors for InterSupply and InterTabac can use an online service tool to book extra services for an even more successful time. This includes, among other things, the ability to invite their most important customers and contacts free of charge.
Over 600 exhibitors have so far secured their stand space at InterTabac and InterSupply in Dortmund between 15 and 17 September, and are preparing to present their offerings to trade visitors at the venue. A variety of useful services helps ease the organisation workload, enabling exhibitors to book a range of helpful services via the Online Service Centre. This includes things like catering, cleaning of stands, waste disposal and even stand equipment, including furniture orders.
Another benefit is that the OSC’s uncluttered design enables everyone to find their way around with ease: simply log in with your access data and order the services you need for a successful time at the shows.
Of particular interest, of course, are vouchers for admission tickets, which exhibitors can obtain via the booking tool for trade visitors, customers and business partners. Voucher codes are generated which can then be sent by e-mail and redeemed for a free ticket in the online ticket shop. All the recipients then have to do is print them out via Print@home, and they are able to visit InterTabac or InterSupply free of charge.
