Coesia Group, the sister company of GD, on 16 November acquired 100 per cent of Swedish logistics provider Flexlink Holding AB from AAC Capital Partners.

Flexlink is a leading provider of high end production logistics solutions for the healthcare, consumer goods, electronics and automotive industries.
Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the company has more than 800 employees and operates in 26 countries across the world. Revenues for 2011 are forecast at approximately SEK 1.6 billion (Euro 175 million).
Coesia Group, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, is a global provider of automated machinery and solutions to the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), health care, cosmetics and tobacco industries. (ci)
