Tobacco regulators published a draft guidance for cigar manufacturers who must submit compliance plans prior to printing mandatory health warnings on packaging from 10 May, 2018.
Comments on the draft are being accepted until 29 Sept. The guidance from the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Tobacco Products discusses the seven warning statements, how they must be displayed and rotated. Manufacturers must submit warning plans to FDA by 10 May, 2017. More information is available at: goo.gl/LXm7lh
