The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a webinar to help online retailers respond to warning letters.

The webinar is designed to assist regulated tobacco industry by providing an overview of warning letters and information on the process for responding to warning letters sent to online retailers. This programme will also cover FDA’s surveillance and monitoring of tobacco products that are generally found on the internet and in printed publications, and other media, as well as examples of prior FDA warning letters and violations cited under the FD&C Act.
