Florida-based e-liquid distributor and manufacturer Gilla acquired E-Liq World, operator of the Vapor Liq online subscription service, the company said.

"I am very excited to be joining the Gilla team as I share a very similar vision and believe there is a ripe opportunity to become the dominant player in the e-liquid manufacturing industry," said Michael Carey, president of Vapor Liq, in a statement.
Gilla operates Charlie’s Club, a members only e-cigarette service, and is a “white label” supplier of e-liquids and vaporizing units to traditional tobacco companies, the company said. In June Gilla said it was close to taking over The Target, another Florida e-liquid company.
