Dutch ITM Group, a supplier of tobacco machinery, and CSi, a provider of fully integrated material handling systems, signed a cooperation agreement on 2 May 2012.

The companies, which are both headquartered in The Netherlands, have already cooperated on the introduction of the fully flexible filter-rod storage and distribution system Gemini.
Arend van der Sluis, President of ITM Group comments: “Our filter distribution system Gemini is well recognized in the tobacco industry. We experienced a close and successful cooperation with CSi. Now we want to go further and focus on the development and creation of innovative solutions that our customers will benefit from."
Jan de Bruijn, Managing Director of CSi, adds that "the complexity of systems and the increasing demands from production and logistic processes makes it necessary for suppliers to expand their offerings.
