The movement to legalise marijuana in the US continues to progress on Election Day, as four more states legalised the drug for recreational purposes and two others authorised its use for medical reasons, Patch reported.
Voters in Arizona, Montana, New Jersey and South Dakota cleared cannabis for adult use, bringing the total number of states that have approved it for that purpose to 15. Mississippi approved medical use, while South Dakota approved both recreational and medical use at one time, the report said.
