Mistic, an e-cigarette unit of Ballantyne Brands, said it will relocate automated cartridge filling from China to Ioto E-liquids America in August.

“Our e-liquid is already made in the U.S. for both Haus and Mistic and the relocation of our automated product assembly to the US from China will provide us with a highly skilled workforce, more oversight and increased operational efficiencies”, said Chief Executive Officer John Wiesehan.
Ioto E-liquids, based in Greenville, North Carolina, is a recently created joint venture between leaf merchant Alliance One International and Ioto International, a Latin American flavour company based in Brazil. The production arrangement calls for bottlling e-liquids sold with the Haus vaporiser product in addition to assembling and filling Mistic cartomisers, the company said.
