Yaniv Nahon has replaced Vapor Group’s Dror Svorai, who resigned as president/chief executive officer and sold his stock in the company to SF Holdings, the company said.

Nahon was the vice president and chief operating officer before taking over the helm. Svorai will act as a consultant to Vapor Group for an undetermined amount of time. Earlier this year the company announced it had merged with NewGen Concepts.
Vapor Group, through its Total Vapor subsidiary, distributes the Easy Grinder for marijuana preparation, a product the company said would dramatically increase company revenue in the third quarter.
