Business Insights has released a new 'InterTabac Meets…' video series featuring Bruce Busch, Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Karen Berger/Don Kiki Cigars.
In this edition of 'InterTabac Meets…', Bruce Busch, Vice President of Karen Berger/Don Kiki Cigars, explains what the obstacles are to establishing a foothold in the German market: “Exporting to Germany raises the same issues as with any other European country: the track-and-trace policy. Actually, this is good at preventing smuggling, but it also makes legal importation of tobacco products more difficult,” says Busch. Essentially, though, he is up-beat about exporting to Germany, because in his opinion Germans have exquisite taste that is also reflected in the cigar market.
In the podcast, Bruce Busch gives an insight into why he is excited about InterTabac (it will be his first time at the show): “Bringing our cigars to Europe and launching them on the European market at InterTabac is what I'm most looking forward to.”

The video series 'InterTabac meets…' appears on Business Insights, the interactive platform of InterTabac, the world's largest trade show for tobacco products and smoking accessories. This will take place in Dortmund from 15 to 17 September along with InterSupply, the leading trade show for manufacturing processes behind tobacco products, e-cigarettes, pipes and hookahs.
