Florida-based e-liquid maker Nicopure Labs has named Charles Hamshaw-Thomas to head the company’s corporate and legal affairs unit in Europe.

Hamshaw-Thomas, who worked in a similar role with UK industry pioneer E-Lites, will report to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Patricia Kovacevic. “As the industry now moves to the next stage of its development, there are some considerable opportunities ahead,” Hamshaw-Thomas said.
