Graphic warnings covering 85 per cent of cigarette pack surfaces will become law on 2 Oct, according to a National News Bureau of Thailand story citing Deputy Health Minister Srikeaw Chonlanan.
When Thailand announced the warnings earlier this year, it said 10 graphics have been selected. The size of the warnings would be the world’s largest, according to the government. Warnings currently cover 55 per cent of a pack.
