Oettinger Davidoff Group said it sold Zopag, its cigarette vending business, to Groupe Margot as it continues to divest non-core activities and concentrate on premium cigars.
Sale of Zopag follows last year’s divestment of Contashop, an operator of service station shops, Oettinger Davidoff said in a statement. Both Oettinger Davidoff and Groupe Margot are family operated Swiss companies. A sale price was not disclosed.
