STG is offering a new menthol flavoured cigarillo as a solution for wholesale clients worried about the menthol cigarette ban, according to Better Wholesaling.

With the menthol cigarette ban looming, Scandinavian Tobacco Group UK (STG) has come up with an alternative in form of its Signature Dual product. The cigarillo is made with Virginia leaf tobacco with a natural leaf wrapper and has an acetate filter which contains a peppermint capsule that releases the menthol flavour, reports Better Wholesaling.
Cigarillos will not be affected by the menthol tobacco ban that comes into effect on 20 May and are being touted by different companies as an alternative for all menthol cigarette users.
UK Country Director Alastair Williams, said: “We are really excited to introduce Signature Dual to the UK Tobacco market. Undoubtedly there are a huge number of menthol cigarette smokers in the UK who will be looking for an alternative come the 20 May and we are confident that this product will prove to be a fantastic option for them.”
