Swedish Match appointed Chief Financial Officer Joakim Tilly to head a new business unit incorporating the Scandinavia and Smoke Free Products divisions, and named Marlene Forsell his successor.

Forsell, previously vice president of group reporting, will take parental leave during which time US Division CFO Tom Hayes will become acting Group CFO. He will be part of a new group management team headed by Chief Executive Officer Lars Dahlgren
“We are creating a more efficient organisation – both in terms of number of resources and the way we work”, Dahlgren said.
Tilly, as president of Scandinavia Division, will be part of the group management team that will include US Division President Richard Flaherty, Lars Olof Löfman, senior vice president, product supply and marketing, Scandinavia Division, Fredrik Peyron, SVP, legal affairs and general counsel, Emmett Harrison, SVP, corporate communications and sustainability and Fredrik Lagercrantz, SVP, business control.
