Swisher International President and CEO Peter Ghiloni plans to retire next year and will turn over the role of president from 1 January 2018 to company senior sales and marketing vice president, John Miller, according to Convenience Store Decisions.

Lou Caldropoli, senior vice president of finance, will begin in the newly created role of chief operating officer at the Florida-based tobacco company on 1 January, the trade publication said. Ghiloni plans to retire at the end of 2018. Corporate marketing vice president John Haley will be promoted to Miller’s current position, CSD said.
