The Supreme Administrative Court ruled e-cigarettes are not a medicine, and therefore the National Drug Agency has no authority to block their sale, AFP reported.
E-cigarettes do not treat a disease, the court reportedly held. The ruling overturned an earlier judicial decision allowing NDA to ban sales of the vaping devices, the news agency said.
