Hauni has announced that the Hauni Group will move even closer together with the other business areas of the Körber Group and will endorse the name Körber.

As of 1 September 2022, Hauni and all subsidiaries will become Körber Technologies, according to a company press release.
Körber is a leading international technology group that has around 10,000 employees all over the world. All companies are united by the entrepreneurial DNA, the purpose of the Körber Group: The Home for Entrepreneurs. “With the shared name, we strengthen collaboration within the Group and leverage synergies. We extend innovation leadership and are able to offer our customers a holistic product portfolio and establish new ecosystems,” the press release said.
