Imperial Brands has announced that Sue Clark will join the board as an independent non-executive director on 1 December 2018 in a company press release.

Clark, who has held several senior level commercial positions and acquired substantial board level experience in the FMCG, regulated transport and utility divisions, will also be a member of the remuneration and succession & nominations committees, according to the statement.
Sue is currently a member of the board and remuneration committee at Akzo Nobel N.V., and non-executive director at Britvic plc, Bakkavor Group plc, Tulchan Communications LLP and Heriot-Watt Business School.
Chairman Mark Williamson commented on the new member saying, “I'm delighted to welcome Sue to Imperial Brands. Her international experience in FMCG and regulated businesses together with her experience in major corporate transactions and governmental and regulatory relations will be a great asset to the board.”
