Tobacco One has cancelled an agreement to purchase a leading US tobacco product manufacturer.

Tobacco One, an American company with a focus on specialty cigars, cigarettes and other tobacco products has reported that it has been unable to complete the due diligence required to the satisfaction of the shareholders and financial partners.
On 1 July 2008, the company announced that it had purchased a regionally popular cigarette brand for USD 9.5 million from a Mexico City businessman for cash plus common stock. (pi)
