Russia’s Health Ministry issued draft legislation that may lead to a full ban on smoking in most public places, limit tobacco sales to fixed stores and ban kiosks from selling tobacco product, reports Bloomberg.

The draft also calls for a minimum price of 61 rubles (EUR 1.46) a pack for cigarettes and a greater control over manufacturers, Bloomberg quotes the newspaper RBC Daily as saying. (pi)
