White Cloud Electronic Cigarettes, a Florida-based company, said it has designed a cartridge for automated production and will begin mechanical filling later this month.

Production will be shifted from China, where cartridges usually are hand filled, to the US, the company said. "By moving our cartridge filling to the US, we're able to better ensure every one of our cartridges meets our standards for flavor, vapor and longevity”, said White Cloud co-founder Matthew Steingraber.
