Molins Chief Executive Officer Dick Hunter will step down on 6 June after running the company for eight years, the company said. His replacement is Antony Steels.
Steels directed global business at Cytec, the US chemical concern acquired last year by Belgium-based Solvay. Hunter is leaving Molins to pursue new interests, the company said. Molins also announced the appointment of Andrew Kitchingman as a non-executive director.
