The Ministry of Economy and Regional Development will appoint a commission for direct negotiations with Philip Morris International.

According to the Serbian Privatisation Agency, the commission in charge of the tender for the sale of shares, which make up 57.74 per cent of the total registered capital of Duvanska Industrija Bujanovac (DIB), decided to commence negotiations with the only bidder at the tender.
Negotiations will begin with Philip Morris Participations BV Bergen op Zoom, an affiliate of Philip Morris International. (pi)
