Finance Director Bob Dyrbus will leave the board of Imperial Tobacco for retirement as soon as a successor is found, the company announced.
Dyrbus will end a 25-year career at Imperial that includes serving as finance director since 1996. “Bob’s played a key role in expanding our international operations through acquisitions that have created significant value for our shareholders,” said Chairman Iain Napier.
Imperial also said Mark Williamson, a Board member since 2007, has been appointed deputy chairman of that body. (ci)
