From January 2020, Kathy Heid will support the management board of FCV German Tobacco, the company reported.
Heid has more than 20 years of experience in the tobacco sector. Born in Alsace, she can look back on many years of experience at Arnold André and Jakob Metz. She most recently worked for Universal Leaf.
In 2017, the FCV German Tobacco GmbH & Co. KG, a growers-owned primary processing and distribution company, was established in order to optimally fulfil the wishes of the worldwide customer base. The core business is the initial processing of hot-air-dried raw tobacco into so-called "shisha strips", which are then further processed by the customer into finished shisha tobacco by adding molasses and flavours. The company now supplies customers in 32 countries.
