DuPont Vice President Donna Grier has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Pyxus International, the agricultural company said in a press release.

Pyxus, the owner of leaf merchant Alliance One International, said Grier’s appointment was effective 14 November. Grier currently serves as vice president and treasurer of chemicals giant DuPont, where she oversees capital market activities including financial risk, cash management and insurance. In the press release, Pyxus said Grier had led treasury activities at DuPont during its merger with Dow Chemical in 2017.
