Garbuio Dickinson founder and Managing Director Mansueto Favaro will leave the machine maker this year, to be replaced by Mark Aldridge, said parent company Hauni Maschinenbau.
Aldridge, who became managing director of Molins Tobacco Machinery in 2009 and also worked for Dickinson Legg until 2003, will assume his new post in the third quarter of this year, Hauni said. Favaro will stay on for a transition period.
Favaro founded Italy-based Garbuio SpA in 1988 and engineered the acquisition of UK machine maker Dickinson Legg in 2006. Hauni acquired Garbuio Dickinson in 2014.
