Philip Morris Germany (GmbH) has been included in the list Top Employer Germany 2014, an initiative by the international research firm Top Employers Institute announced on March 6.

2014 is the fifth consecutive year that Philip Morris Germany has been included in the award. In a press release from the company, Managing Director Werner Barth stated that the company’s success can be credited to the enthusiasm, know-how, and passion of its approximately 2,400 employees based in the German cities of Munich, Berlin and Dresden.
According to the research firm, the accolade recognises companies with future-oriented thinking in the field of human resources, work environments, and continued investment in the professional development of employees.
Philip Morris Germany is a subsidiary of Philip Morris International (PMI).
