Puerto Rico governor Anibal Acevedo Vila signed a bill today that makes Puerto Rico the 13th US state/district/territory to go smokefree, joining California, Delaware, New York, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Montana, Vermont, Washington, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
The law eliminates tobacco smoke in bars, casinos, and other workplaces, as well as in private cars with children under 13 years old aboard. (pi)
