Walgreens, the largest US drug store chain, told shareholders it has no plans to emulate CVS Health by pulling tobacco products from its shelves, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Executive Chairman James Skinner, addressing the annual shareholders meeting, said the policy on selling tobacco products is reviewed on a regular basis. CVS has been tobacco-free since September, 2014.
